What is your product warranty?

We offer a 1 year warranty against any material or manufacturing defects.  This warranty does not apply to normal wear and tear or abuse of the product.  Any modifications to the unit will void the warranty.

How do I return or exchange my Pocket Prey?

If you need to return or exchange your Pocket Prey due to a product defect, please contact us at marketing@pocketprey.com and we will email you a postage paid return label.  If you want to return the product for any reason outside of the warranty coverage, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as a $10.00 restocking fee.

When I turn my Pocket Prey on, the light comes on but the sound isn't working right.  Why is this happening?

The issue could be that you aren't using the right kind of battery.  When you set up your Pocket Prey we recommend installing a 9v lithium battery.  If you are using a new lithium battery and still having an issue with your sound, there may be a problem with the wiring.  Contact us at marketing@pocketprey.com and we will arrange an exchange.
